Cottage Cheese and blueberries

Cottage cheese and blueberries for breakfast.
4-6 oz  low fat cottage cheese (I use lactaid brand)
Handful blueberries
8-12 raw almonds
Cinnamon
1 tablespoon honey
Directions: in a small bowl layer cottage cheese, almonds, blueberries. Give a good 1 or 2 shakes of cinnamon and pour honey all over it.
Enjoy it with warm cup of green tea!

Shake and Cleanse Week 2-4 clients please do not add honey. You can add Green Tea in week 3 & 4.
