Now Introducing B2B Flexibility

B2B Flexibility is our assisted stretching program focusing on the foundations of human movement, Mobility, Stabilization and Functional Strength. B2B Flexibility focuses on areas that have limited range of motion and loss of function. Our program may be combined with any workout program including but not limited to Boot-Camp, H.I.I.T., Cross-Fit, Bodybuilding and Powerlifting. This program is a great addition to youth athletics as a form of injury prevention. Sessions options are 30mn ($30), 60mn ($60), or 90mn ($90). Our Personal Trainer will start with a 15mn assessment followed by the session length of your choosing.


I have been doing personal training with Eric for almost 2 years. I have worked with other trainers previously. I cannot believe the difference between a trainer that really does not care about their clients goals , versus someone that makes their clients goals a main priority . Eric not only creates a specialized training program , designed for your specific needs, he does a full assessment of your body mechanics to ensure you perform movements the correct way, as to ensure you do not sustain any injuries. Not only that, nutrition is key along with his training programs. He will also give you specialized instructions on what to eat and when, to make sure your results and goals are optimal. Eric will follow through with your training program and hold you accountable because he wants you to get your desired result, and will make sure you do as long as you put in the work. I have the type of body that is slow to build muscle, I was doing boot-camp classes before and maintained a ” skinny” body. After almost two years of consistent work and changes in programming , I have been building the muscular physique that I have been wanting. I have found the training path I need to be on and I could not be more grateful. I am so happy I found Back 2 Basics training to get me where I am today. -Natalie P.

 


Eric and Nargiz are an incredible team that are extremely knowledgeable, supportive and caring. I just recently had the pleasure to do semi-private sessions with Eric and I’ve learned so much! Whether you do private training or group training, you will leave feeling stronger.

I started coming here in 2018 ready to try a new place and so happy that it is was down the street from my house which was even better! I’m really happy here! They have a lot of class times which I love bc of my busy schedule. The trainers are very careful about form and the way you exercise which is great bc with group classes form tends to get neglected. The owners Nargiz and Eric have really helped motivate to get me back to my thinner self and I’m almost there! The knowledge they have on food and diet has helped me and I’ve been able to finally figure out what my body needs with their help. I’m looking forward to creating a new body and pushing myself further into fitness and feeling great! It’s been nice to have people who really care about health as much as they do. And that includes all aspects such as pain, flexibility and goals! Thanks guys!
