Cottage cheese and blueberries for breakfast. 4-6 oz  low fat cottage cheese (I use lactaid brand) Handful blueberries 8-12 raw almonds Cinnamon 1 tablespoon honey Directions: in a small bowl layer cottage cheese, almonds, blueberries.
