Overnight Oatmeal
Overnight oatmeal. 1/4 cup slow cooked or rolled oats 6oz plain Greek yogurt, 3-4oz milk, or coconut milk, 1/2 scoop Isapro(Isagenix), 1tbs honey or agave nectar, Dash of cinnamon, 3-4 diced fresh strawberries, 1/4 cup blueberries.
