Turkey and Chicken meatballs

Turkey and Chicken Meatballs!!!
Ingredients:
1 Pound lean ground turkey,
2 Links of Italian spicy chicken sausage ( I use trader joes),
1 Teaspoon minced garlic,
1/4 cup Very small chopped onions,
1 egg,
1/4 cup goat cheese or Parmesan,
1-Teaspoon salt,
1-Teaspoon pepper,
1 Tablespoon chopped fresh parsley,
1.5 Tablespoon coconut oil.
Directions:
Remove skin casing from chicken sausage and mix with turkey, garlic, onion, egg,Parmesan or goat cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.

Roll 2oz meatballs.( small ones). Heat coconut oil to medium high heat.

Cook meatballs on both sides on medium high heat 2 minutes then reduce to medium low heat and cover with lid for additional 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
Great and  healthy alternative for your spaghetti and meatballs.
I make it with Trader joes  organic tricolor quinoa  on the side. Instead of water I use Chicken broth to cook the quinoa. Enjoy!!!
