Overnight Oatmeal

Overnight oatmeal.
1/4 cup slow cooked or rolled oats
6oz plain Greek yogurt,
3-4oz milk, or coconut milk,
1/2 scoop Isapro(Isagenix),
1tbs honey or agave nectar,
Dash of cinnamon,
3-4 diced fresh strawberries,
1/4 cup blueberries.
Mix all the ingredients and refrigerate over night and enjoy in the morning!

Shake & Cleanse Clients weeks 2-4 please use coconut milk instead of cow’s milk and no honey or sweeteners.
