1 on 1 Personal Training is recommended for anyone with special needs,

new or just returning to exercise, or anyone needing to take their physique and health to a new level.

Types of training include, Weight Loss, Functional Strength Training,

Post-Rehabilitation, Injury Prevention and Body-Building.

Best Deal: One Hour Semi-Private Personal Training (1-4 clients).

AM and PM sessions are available Monday thru Thursday. Friday, AM only. Month to Month (no contract) is $499. 6 or 12 month recurring membership is $399 per month with no deposit or sign up fees.
