Personal Training
Personal Training is recommended for anyone with special needs, new or just returning to exercise, or anyone needing to take their physique and health to a new level. Please call to schedule your assessment before booking your first appointments. First time assessments are complimentary.

Semi-Private Training: 1/2hr:
Semi-Private Training is an approximate 1/2hr session with a single session consisting of one to three clients and one trainer. Clients may be on individual programs or a customized circuit specializing in giving equal attention to each client.

Private Training: 1/2hr:
Private 1/2hr training is an approximate 1/2hr session with one client and one trainer.

Semi-Private Training 1hr:
Semi-Private Training is an approximate 1hr session with a single session consisting of one to three clients and one trainer. Clients may be on individual programs or a customized circuit specializing in giving equal attention to each client. Types of training include, Functional Strength Training, Post-Rehabilitation, Yoga and Body-Building.

Private Training, One on One – 1hr:
Private One On One Training consists of one client and one trainer only. Types of training include, Functional Strength Training, Post-Rehabilitation, Pilates Reformer, Yoga and Body-Building.

This allows you the opportunity to maximize your time and money while getting the results you want. We are open six days a week and available mornings and evenings, except for Saturdays (am only).
