CARDIO STEP CLASSES.
This is an awesome one hour class that incorporates the latest in step aerobics, core training and free weights for a great workout. Perform great step movements together with exercises designed to lean out and shape your body. Music is carefully selected to keep the class moving and energized. Classes are available both in the morning and the evening on most nights. Classes are offered;

BOOT-CAMP WORKOUTS.
This is an intense thirty minute or one hour full body workout. We combine all types of training and fuse it together for mass muscle confusion. Be ready to work! These classes are only $10.00 for thirty minutes and $15.00 for one hour. Classes are offered nightly beginning with;

SPIN CLASSES.
Our trainers will make you sweat, get your legs burning and push your cardio to the max. Use these classes to cross train for any high endurance sport or activity. Add two to three classes a week to maximize weight loss. Start with a 30mn class to get conditioned then go for the 1hr classes. 30mn classes begin at $10.00. Class size is also 5-6 people only. MAT PILATES
Strengthen and develop your whole body with an emphasis on your core abdominal muscles in this great class. Classes are set to music and are held in our private room. BELLYDANCING
Bellydancing is aerobic and tones muscles you never knew you had. You will learn to shimmy and vibrate your hips, snake your arms, and undulate your torso, and flutter your tummy as you listen to exotic music.
