Cauliflower Hash Brown

Cauliflower hash brown 🍽❀️❀️❀️❀️
Ingredients ;
1 Cup grated cauliflower “rice”
2 eggs
Half of an avocado
Salt-and-pepper
1 tablespoon coconut oil or grapeseed oil
Grate the cauliflower head on a cheese grater to create cauliflower shreds or β€œrice.”
Combine the shredded cauliflower with 1 egg, salt and pepper.
Heat 1 tsp. coconut oil or Grape seed oil over medium-high heat. Add cauliflower mixture to the pan and gently press down with a spatula to flatten, working to keep the hash brown together as much as possible.
Cook for about 3-4 minutes after the edges start to turn golden brown, Carefully flip over and cook an additional 2-3 minutes to let the edges brown and the cauliflower cook through.
Put the cauliflower hash on a plate and let it cool down!
2. Make guacamole with salt and pepper and spread it on top of the hash brown.
