Update: 5/30/2020
So lets update you on how we have been moving forward with our services. Clients are loving our Remote Personal Training. We currently have 60+ hours available on our schedule for clients to train. Little to no equipment necessary and free remote evaluations are available upon request.
Live-streaming classes are also a hit with more clients tuning in, even from out of state. We currently offer Boot-Camp Mat Pilates and Spin classes too!
We have expanded our Live-streaming memberships to now include the entire family at no extra charge. This is helping families stay healthy and greatly reduces stress and anxiety.
In home Personal Training is now available! Trainers can bring equipment to your home that is disinfected thoroughly after each use. Those that have gym equipment of their own can inform us of what they have and custom programs will be designed including that equipment. Trainers are prepared to wear masks and gloves if necessary and can give each client more than six feet distance.

Update: 3/16/2020
On Monday March 16th, Back 2 Basics Training voluntarily shutdown our facility to help combat the spread of the COVID-19 virus. All Personal Training services are now available remotely. This includes 1 on 1 Personal Training and Semi-Private Training. We have converted all classes to our new Livestreamed Boot-Camp.
Free remote evaluations are available by request.
Lets battle this together!
Do your best to stay healthy and remember these key factors in building and maintaining a healthy immune system.
1. Sleep. Make sure your getting to bed on time. 8 hours is still the recommended amount.
2. Don’t stress out! It will raise unhealthy hormones, cells and increased histamine levels.
3. Drink more water. Water is essential for every vital organ in your body and your lymphatic system.
4. Eat healthy. Eat natural healthy foods not processed foods and drink less or eliminate alcohol.
5. Exercise. Exercise at least 30 minutes or more 5+ days per week. You will release happy feel good hormones that battle stress and you will improve your cardiorespiratory system.
